Yoga for Upper Body Strength – Beginner Level
After looking in depth at Plank Pose we will now move to get our Forearm Plank fix and growing fond of this pose too.
It requires many of the same key actions and alignments as Plank Pose with a bit more shoulder strength.
This is definitely always been my weak area so I empathise if you are the same but I know that if I ignore this work it affects virtually every other pose in my practice.
I will be offering modifications for you with your knees down so let’s set an intention ready for practice not to become a Forearm Plank fossil and instead have fortitude in our approach to this pose and flourish in our own unique flawless version.
